The Gallery Art Hotel in Florence, a structure with an artistic soul part of the Lungarno Collection, a hotel management company owned by the Ferragamo family, hosts a contemporary art installation by Simone d’Auria: “The pinwheel of energies” which is part of the project of redevelopment of Vicolo dell’Oro, a few steps from Ponte Vecchio in Florence.

Simone D’Auria has created a composition on the facade of the Gallery Art Hotel in Florence and on the surrounding urban area, with the aim of exhibiting themes of particular social interest using his own immediate and strong impact language.

The work is dedicated to renewable energy, and through the installation of giant pinwheels tries to raise awareness on the issue of clean energy such as wind power.
